MINIMUM PURCHASE

Minimum purchase is $150 for orders within the USA and Hawaii, minimum international orders $450. All Sales are final. WHOLESALE ONLY.

Most items sold by the DOZEN, unless otherwise specified and retail orders not accepted.

RETURN POLICY
All claims must be made within 7 days of initial order. Items must be in original packaging and must not be used, worn, marked, packaged with other materials or customer labels. ONLY store credit for future orders will be given for exchanges/returns. NO cash returns will be given, no exceptions. NO merchandise will be accepted for return/exchange beyond the 7 days of when order was placed.

If wrong merchandise is received, please contact us immediately or within 7 days or reciept.
Store credit will be valid for 30 days. Once 30 days have lapsed, store credit becomes null and void.
DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS does not extend any form of credit (i.e. 30 day net).

 

SHIPPING
Shipping charges will very depending on items ordered, weight, location and/or urgency. Once order has been placed and received, we will attempt to contact you to inform you of shipping charges. All shipping charges will be charged seperatly.
Orders will be shipped via UPS with tracking and insurance. We will ship orders to Hawaii via United States Post Office or based on customer shipping preference. We will also work with customers according to their shipping needs, i.e. custom carriers, UPS ground, UPS three day select, next day delivery, etc. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS will not be responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. All claims for lost, stolen,or damaged packages must be taken up with their respective carrier, depending on how order was shipped.

DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS will not be responsible for orders/shipments sent to wrong address because of customer errors or miscommunication in the part of customer.If the address is not entered correctly, your package may be returned as undeliverable. You would then have to place a new order. Save time and avoid frustration by entering the address in formation in the appropriate boxes and double-checking for typos and other errors. We DO NOT guarantee shipping dates and times. All shipping dates and times are based on the specific carrier and NOT the responsiblity of DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
Please allow sufficent time when placing order.
We will attempt to process orders in a timely fashion and all orders will be processed in the order they are received.

PAYMENT/CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION 
Once we receive order, we will attempt to contact to you to finalize order and arrange payment.
We accept all major credit cards. NO checks, NO COD orders accepted.

I AUTHORIZE THE ABOVE MENTIONED BUSINESS TO CHARGE THE CREDIT CARD INDICATED IN THIS AUTHORIZATION FORM ACCORDING TO THE TERMS OUTLINED ABOVE. THIS PAYMENT AUTHORIZATION IS FOR THE GOODS ORDERED, FOR THE AMOUNT INDICATED WHEN ORDER WAS PLACED, AND IS VALID FOR ORDERS PLACED BY ME. I CERTIFY THAT I AM AN AUTHORIZED USER OF THIS CREDIT CARD AND THAT I WILL NOT DISPUTE THE PAYMENT WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY; SO LONG AS THE TRANSACTION(S) CORRESPOND TO THE TERMS INDICATED IN THIS FORM AND ON ORDERS PLACED. ALL SALES FINAL, RETURNS/EXCHANGES WITHIN 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE. DK HAWAIIAN COLLECTIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES AFTER IT LEAVES OUR WAREHOUSE. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES MUST BE CLAIMED WITH SHIPPING CARRIER (UPS, POST OFFICE, FEDEX, CARGO SHIPPING COMPANY, ETC.)
